Crystal Geyser Press Release

Sausalito, California – CG Roxane LLC, the maker of the leading bottled water brand in California “Crystal Geyser® Alpine Spring Water®”, is proud to announce the purchase of property from the City of Pasadena, Texas to construct a state-of-the-art water bottling facility. CG Roxane currently operates 8 plant locations throughout the United States. The City of Pasadena facility will focus on product manufacturing for private label store brands in the greater Houston region.

The facility will be constructed in two phases over a 5-7 year time period, each comprising approximately 130,000-square-foot buildings. The Company expects that the phase one construction will be completed by May 2016.

CG Roxane plans to invest approximately $30 million during the first phase alone, resulting in approximately 15 - 20 jobs. The Company estimates an additional 10 – 15 jobs at full build-out.

CG Roxane explored several other cities within the State of Texas before settling on the City of Pasadena.  This location was chosen for of its ideal proximity to the Houston market, skilled workforce, high-water quality, and extremely pro-business government.  In particular, CG Roxane would like to recognize Mayor Johnny Isbell, Paul Davis, Director Economic Development, Robin Green, Director of Public Works, for their tireless work and steadfast dedication to bringing this project to fruition. This project could not have been possible without the City leadership’s forward thinking mindset to business and deep appreciation for the local economy.

The Company is convinced that the City of Pasadena will be a perfect fit and is very excited about joining the community as a long-term partner.
